Also known as the “Monday Run Group” or “Tosa Running Group”, we meet at the railroad tracks by the Village every Monday night at 6:00 PM for a fun, casual group run. Everyone is welcome… all paces, all distances. We’re lucky to have so many scenic routes in the Wauwatosa area, through many local parks and along the Oak Leaf Trail and Hank Aaron trail. You don’t need to register. You don’t need to join anything. All you need to do is show up.
For those who are a little more ambitious, a few of us will show up at 5:30 PM and do an easy 3 mile warm up to get a little extra mileage in.
Please check our Strava Club to confirm time and details.

Where do we meet?: Railroad tracks by the parking lot in The Village of Downtown Wauwatosa
Who can Join?: If you love running and love beverages, then you meet all the criteria to join. We have runners of all ability types to run with. So whether you run 7 minute miles or 11 minute miles, there’s someone to run with.
When do we meet?: Every Monday at 6:00 PM.
What do we do after the run?: Head over to Colonel Hart’s and have a drink and eat the best bar pie in the city! Don’t sleep on their plain grilled chicken sandwiches either.
NOTE: When Spring and Summer hit, we will often move the meet up to Lake Front Brewery to join forces with the Performance Running Outfitters group.
