Easy. It’s just me, writing about the stuff I actually care about—running, health, beer, training, comedy, and whatever else makes life a little more fun. Think of this place as your chill, no-B.S. corner of the internet where research-backed info meets real-life experience.

You won’t find AI-generated fluff or Wikipedia copy-paste jobs here. Just me doing the nerdy work of digging through credible articles and turning it into bite-sized, practical rundowns (kind of like an old fashioned book report, but cooler—and without the pop quizzes).
